Leading mobile financial services provider bKash has won four awards at the Bangladesh Fintech Award 2025 for its contribution to advancing digital financial inclusion and promoting secure transactions through innovative technologies and solutions.

In the third edition of the annual awards, organised by the Bangladesh Fintech Forum, bKash secured the 'Winner' position in two key categories—Digital Lending and MFS/DFS—and received 'Honourable Mention' in the Payment and Financial Inclusion categories.

Major General Sheikh Md Monirul Islam (retd), Chief External & Corporate Affairs Officer of bKash, accepted the awards on behalf of the company. Senior officials from bKash were also present at the ceremony, held at a city hotel in Dhaka.

bKash's initiatives 'The bKash Impact' and 'Pay Later' were recognised as Fintech Innovations of the Year in the MFS/DFS and Digital Lending categories, respectively. The 'Pay Later' service also received Honourable Mention under Financial Inclusion, while the 'bKash Merchant App' earned Honourable Mention in the Payment category.

Supported by Mastercard and Prime Bank, this year's Bangladesh Fintech Award celebrated fourteen winners and twelve Honourable Mentions across multiple categories, recognising organisations that demonstrate innovation, impact, and leadership in Bangladesh's growing fintech landscape.
