The training session comes on the backdrop of allegations made by former skipper Jahanara Alam against members of the team management and current players.
A BCB social media post reiterated that 51 national and centrally contracted players were attending the training.
"Empowering Bangladesh's women cricketers — 51 national and central contracted players strengthening awareness, fostering respect, and building a safer, more supportive team culture," BCB's social media post read.
Cricketers such as skipper Nigar Sultana Joty and Fahima Khatun were seen attending the event at the BCB premises on Wednesday.
