Royal Thimphu College Women's Football Club (RTC WFC) clinched the title of the BoB Bhutan Women's National League 2025, edging Paro WFC on goal difference after both sides finished the season unbeaten.

RTC WFC sealed the championship with a 3-0 win over Transport United Ladies on Thursday, finishing level on 48 points with Paro WFC after 15 wins and three draws in 18 matches. However, RTC's superior goal difference of 172 compared to Paro's 113 proved decisive in the 10-team competition, which saw several one-sided encounters where teams occasionally scored over 20 goals in a single match since the league kicked off in May.

The third-time champions featured a dynamic Bangladeshi trio in forwards Tohura Khatun and Shamsunnahar Jr, along with midfielder Sapna Rani. Paro WFC, meanwhile, boasted the more seasoned Bangladeshi stars Ritu Porna Chakma, Monika Chakma, Shiuly Azim and Sabina Khatun -- the latter earning Player of the Match honours seven times during the season.

Transport United finished third, fielding Bangladesh goalkeeper Rupna Chakma and out-of-favour national players Masura Parvin and Krishna Rani Sarkar, while midfielder Maria Manda represented Thimphu City WFC, who secured fourth place.
