When they reached Shishutola intersection on the Charghat-Baneshwar highway this evening, a sand-laden truck hit their bike coming from the opposite direction.
Maruf and Shimul died on the spot, while Tuhin died on the way to Rajshahi Medical College Hospital, the OC added.
The bodies have been handed over to their families, added the OC.
