Tanvir's effort, supported by Yeasin Arafat Meshu (4-41) and Ruyel Miah (2-36), saw Rajshahi bundled out for 191.
In Chattogram, Soumya Sarkar backed up his first-innings 92 with 71 off 90 balls, while Shak Mahedi Hasan's unbeaten 50 off 49 guided Khulna Division to a two-wicket win over Chattogram. Khulna, resuming on 52-0, lost five quick wickets but a 57-run stand between Mahedi and Nahidul Islam (22) helped Khulna secure their second win in three matches and stay atop the points table.
Elsewhere, the other two matches in Cox's Bazar ended in draws. Rangpur Division reached 112-4 chasing 249 against Sylhet Division, while Sylhet opener Mubin Ahmed Dishan struck his maiden first-class century, 141 off 262 balls, as they declared on 294-9 at the Cox's Bazar International Stadium.
At the Academy Ground, newcomers Mymensingh Division, with Mahfijul Islam Robin (51 not out) and Mohammad Naim (44 not out), finished on 97-0 in their second innings after dismissing Dhaka Division for 388 to earn their third consecutive draw.
