Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan attended a grand unveiling ceremony in Mumbai yesterday, joining Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of the Dubai-based Danube Group, to announce a landmark real estate project named Shahrukhz.

The event, held at a five-star hotel, marked a historic moment as Shah Rukh became the first actor to have a tower named after him, according to NDTV.

The 56-storey tower, to be developed in Dubai, is expected to be completed within three to four years. The property will feature a statue of Shah Rukh Khan at the entrance, capturing his iconic arms-outstretched pose, giving visitors the opportunity to take photos as they walk in.

Speaking at the event, Shah Rukh said, "My mother would be very happy. This is a huge honour. When my kids come, I will tell them, 'Papa ka naam likha hai, dekho.' I've reviewed every detail of this building over the past two months. It is state-of-the-art and affordable. For people starting their journey in Dubai, it will be a milestone and an inspiration."

The actor delighted the audience with his trademark charm—striking his signature pose on stage, recreating his famous "Don" walk, and delivering his iconic "Om Shanti Om" dialogue: "Itni shiddat se main ne tumhe paane ki koshish ki hai, ki har zarre ne mujhe tumse milane ki saazish ki hai. Aaj aap sabne mujhe meri chaahat se mila diya. Thanks, thanks very much."

Shah Rukh kept the crowd on its feet by dancing to "Chaiyya Chaiyya" alongside Farah Khan and Rizwan Sajan.

Reflecting on why the project excited him, he added, "When Rizwan shared his vision, creating a place for people who arrive in Dubai with dreams of building their businesses and homes. I felt that if I could contribute even a little as an inspiration, it would be the greatest gift."
