Southeast University board of trustees holds 140th meeting
The 140th board meeting of the Southeast University Trust (SEUT) was held on Wednesday, 12 November 2025, at the university's permanent campus in Tejgaon, Dhaka.
Rezaul Karim, chairman of the SEU Trust, presided over the meeting, which was attended by members of the Board of Trustees and senior members of the university management.
The board discussed a range of academic, administrative, and strategic issues aimed at advancing the university's mission. Key agenda items included reviewing existing academic programmes, upgrading infrastructure, and refining institutional policies.
Strategic directives were issued to enhance academic quality, strengthen research capacity, and improve operational efficiency. The board also emphasised the need to expand industry collaboration, adopt advanced technologies, and ensure sustainable institutional growth.
