Midland Bank PLC has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Meena IVF & Fertility Care Limited to offer exclusive healthcare benefits to the bank's cardholders.

The MoU signing ceremony was held at Midland Bank's head office in Gulshan-2, Dhaka, on 8 December 2025.

Md Nazmul Huda Sarkar, chief technology officer of Midland Bank, and Dr Lubna Yasmin, chief consultant of Meena IVF & Fertility Care, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

Under the partnership, Midland Bank cardholders—debit, credit and prepaid—will be entitled to a free first screening at Meena IVF & Fertility Care, which includes consultation, ultrasound and counselling services.

In addition, cardholders will receive a 25% discount on all pathological investigations, a 5% discount on radiology and imaging services, a discount of Tk10,000 on IVF packages and Tk2,000 on IUI procedures.

Md Abed-Ur-Rahman, head of cards at Midland Bank, and Mehmud Hasan Joy, senior manager (operations) at Meena IVF & Fertility Care, along with other officials from both organisations, were present at the signing ceremony.
