Bethesda has officially unveiled 'Fallout 4 Anniversary Edition' during its annual Fallout Day broadcast, marking a major celebration of the post-apocalyptic RPG's 10th anniversary.

Launching on 10 November for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, with a Nintendo Switch 2 version confirmed for 2026, this will be the first time Fallout 4 reaches a Nintendo platform.

The Anniversary Edition bundles all six official expansions — Far Harbor, Automatron, Nuka-World, Contraptions, Vault-Tec Workshop, and Wasteland Workshop — alongside over 150 pieces of Creation Club content.

A new in-game Creations menu allows players to easily browse and download community-made content across platforms. Alongside that, they announced a 'slice of the Mojave Desert', an escape room experience, and even a surreal encounter with a mind's-eye version of the player's spouse, voiced by the original cast.

Following last year's next-gen update and the success of the Fallout TV series, this release continues Bethesda's momentum while fans eagerly await The Elder Scrolls 6 — and eventually, Fallout 5.
