Daraz Bangladesh, the country's largest and most trusted online marketplace, has announced a 14-day return policy for all marketplace items, providing customers with greater flexibility and confidence on every purchase throughout the year.

Just ahead of 11.11—the biggest sale of the year—shoppers can now enjoy added peace of mind while taking part in the annual event.

Previously limited to DarazMall products, the new policy now applies across the entire platform. Customers may return items within 14 days of delivery for eligible categories, provided products remain in their original condition with packaging and accessories intact.

Returns can be made conveniently via the Daraz app or website, with free collection or drop-off options. Refunds will also include delivery charges.

Kamrul Hasan, Chief Commercial Officer of Daraz Bangladesh, said:
"Extending our return window from seven to fourteen days ensures customers can shop confidently—whether during 11.11 or at any time of the year."

Industry insiders noted that this move distinguishes Daraz in the competitive e-commerce market, where most platforms offer return periods ranging from one to seven days, depending on product category.
