The Project Management Institute (PMI) Bangladesh Chapter organised the 7th edition of the Bangladesh Project Management Symposium and Awards 2025, the country's premier platform celebrating excellence in project leadership and execution.

Held under the theme "Agility, Innovation, Transformation: Shaping the Future of Project Management," the symposium was attended by over 400 professionals from government, corporate, academic, and development sectors.

The event began with a welcome speech by A T M Iqbal Chowdhury, PMP, President of PMI Bangladesh Chapter, followed by an inaugural address from Romo Rouf Chowdhury, Group Managing Director of RANCON Holdings Ltd. and Chairman of Bank Asia PLC.

A key highlight of the event was the Bangladesh Project Management Awards 2025, inaugurated by T. I. M. Nurul Kabir, Executive Director of the Foreign Investors' Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). The ceremony recognised outstanding achievements in project management across the public and private sectors.

Among the distinguished awardees were Prime Bank, BSRM Group of Companies, Edison Real Estate Limited, BRAC IT Services Limited, and Bank Asia PLC, among others.

The symposium and awards ceremony provided a dynamic platform to showcase innovation, explore the integration of AI, sustainability, and digital transformation in project practices, and foster collaboration among local and global project management communities.
